Welcome to our rental house AMALOKA HOLIDAY HOME, perfect for meetings and gatherings of family groups and friends, due to its diverse dimensions and spaces, this makes the house a perfect place for weekend, winter or summer vacations.

Our rural holiday home, a accommodation in a XVII century town house of "Trucense Popular Style", it is a stone and wood construction renovated with all the comforts and services of the 21st century.

Amaloka Holiday Home is to 400 meters of altitude, private garden with barbecue, equipped with a 430cm by 90cm high measurements circular private pool (knowing its characteristics, it is highly secure for childrem), open 1 July-15 sept. By meadows, forests, streams as magnificent panoramic views of the Valley of Trucios, very close to Santander and Bilbao.

Our AMALOKA HOLIDAY HOME full rental holiday home, inside has 2 spaces, firts is space is 260 metres, two floors, a very large rural accommodation to accommodate 12 guests, next to the space with 100 metres, for 5 guests, the two spaces communicated by its central staircase as its corresponding entrances by different levels to the street. The maximum capacity in AMALOKA HOLIDAY HOME is 17 guests in rural accommodation on 360 m.

FIRTS FLOOR: It is about the social zone; there is a large living room with TV, set with a pellet fireplace. On the same floor there is a large dining room for the 12 guests, supported by a full open kitchen, plus a large bathroom. This entire floor has direct access to the porch, garden and main entrance.

UPPLER FLOOR: 5 rooms, a complete bathroom.

EXTERIOR: Here is the large covered terrace of 60 square meters, with several furnished areas, such as a dining room and a rest area. You can also enjoy a large garden with barbecue and a private circular pool 430cm x 90cm high. All with great panoramic views of the Villaverde de Trucios Valley.

LOCATION: Amaloka Holiday Home is situated in the Armañón Natural Park, located in the western end of Bizkaia, on the border with Cantabria. It extends like a mountainous massif within the landscape of Las Encartaciones.

Skandinavian space

This space is part of the "building rent" of AMALOKA HOLIDAY HOME. The two spaces are independent, although if both are required by size of the group to be housed, we have an internal access that connects them.

It is a space of 100 square meters in the form of an attic with more than 4 meters high, capacity for 4-5 guests. The heart of the new space is the large living-dining room with a open kitchen, all in 60 square meters.

Room 1: 1 double bed 210 x 200 Cm and 1 bunk bed with two beds 90x200 Cm.

Room 2: 1 double bed 140 x 200 Cm.

Bathroom: Bathroom with shower.

Its large windows, skylights and south-facing balcony make the "natural exterior" that surrounds us visible at all times. Access to the apartment is independent.
